Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal-use electronic accessories once opened.
  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item, defective product, or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective upon arrival.

In these cases, JM Nova Shop will cover return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you regarding approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. Lost Packages

JM Nova Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first.
  • Then contact us so we can assist you.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of:
